Great stay for families. We stayed in a king suite with kitchen It fit 2 adults and 2 young kiddos. The pool was outside the door. They have a 1 1/2ft area for lounging and great for younger kids. Amenities were the best! Full game room, gym etc. Right out the parking lot you have access To the river walk that leads to restaurants and beaches in both directions. We will be back (Noise at pool on weekend goes late) room was pretty sound proof but if your looking for calm and quiet look elsewhere lol

Susan at the front desk was awesome! I actually left holiday inn lobby to come stay here cause of her! I had a great room in mins I don't know who the white lady is in the back but if she ever come out of that office huffy and puffy at staff again while I'm eating breakfast 45 feet away. I'll make sure management knows who ruined the day.

I wasn't expecting much for the price. But I was pleasantly surprised at how clean comfortable and nice the king suite room was. The pool is nice and the proximity to the river walk is perfect. We really enjoyed Richland. I wish we could have stayed longer, but it was just for a night. The hotel has great amenities as well, a game room with xboxes, a store, nice outdoor patio area and the continental breakfast was nice as well. We would definitely enjoy coming back.

What a beautiful riverfront location. Over 15 miles of walking / Biking path. They even have bikes for you to borrow for a couple of hours or rent longer. Pool was open and nice and clean. Our suite was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and the continental breakfast was GOOD. There is even a great restaurant in the building. There was an event in their ballroom and the place was packed. I highly Recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the hotel for a weekend, and it was pretty decent. The room was clean, but I wish the breakfast options were a bit better. Overall, it served its purpose for a quick getaway.
